Welcome to the Ondo Destiny Free BaZi
Calculator — your complete tool for
generating your Four Pillars of Destiny
chart instantly.

This guide will walk you through exactly
how to use the calculator and understand
your results.

Step 1: Enter Your Birth Information

Birth Year
Enter your year of birth using four digits.
Example: 1990, 1985, 2001

Birth Month
Select your birth month from the dropdown.
January through December.

Birth Day
Enter the day of the month you were born.
Example: 15, 23, 7

Gender
Select Male or Female.
Gender affects the direction of your
Luck Pillars — an important calculation
in BaZi analysis.

Step 2: Enter Your Birth Time

the dropdown.

The calculator will generate your chart
using only your Year, Month, and Day
pillars.

야자시 (Late-night Rat Hour)
This advanced option applies to those
born between 23:00 and 23:59.

In traditional BaZi, there are two
schools of thought:

  • Standard: 23:00–23:59 belongs to 子時
    of the SAME day
  • 야자시: 23:00–23:59 advances to the
    NEXT day’s calendar date

If you are unsure, leave this option
in its default setting.

Step 3: Select Your Location and Timezone

Type your city name in the timezone
search box and select your location.

This is essential for accurate calculations,
especially for people born outside of
East Asia.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) is handled
automatically based on your selected
timezone — no manual adjustment needed.

Step 4: Click Calculate Four Pillars

Press the Calculate Four Pillars button
to generate your complete BaZi chart.

Understanding Your Results

Day Master (일간)
The first result shown is your Day Master —

understanding your natural strengths
and challenges.

Luck Pillars (대운)

Your Luck Pillars show the major
10-year cycles of your life, calculated
from your birth date and gender.

Each pillar shows:

  • The 干支 (stem and branch) governing
    that decade
